True to its unique approach to church, Eastminster does not have a single pastor but is led by a team of mostly young adults, who serve in a wide variety of roles. This team is supported by a number of pastors and bilingual guest preachers.

Jonny Barahona, Director de música is a singer, songwriter, and keyboardist from the South Florida area. For years he’s recorded and traveled with various artists (many in Latin Christian music) and led music in local churches. Jonny is passionate about justice, coffee, and the relationship between art and the church. He lives in Nashville, TN.
Cesar Virto, Hospitality and Logistics began his faith journey in high school, when he was trying to disprove Christianity. He has a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Spanish, and Business from Blue Mountain Christian University. Cesar has been involved in church planning since 2014. He enjoys photography and uses this talent for Eastminster. When Cesar isn’t at Eastminster he enjoys having a cup of coffee and hanging out with his dogs.
Michaela Virto, Hospitality and Logistics has a rich history working in and being a part of the church and ministries. She has a bachelor’s from Georgia College & State university in Business Management and Sociology. She has a knack for organization and that’s what she does for us here at Eastminster. Michaela enjoys a home baked meal and spending time with her husband and dogs.
Jacob Gambrell, Lead Training Hub Partner for Eastminster Ayuda con la predicación y los servicios de adoración en Eastminster. También trabaja como profesor de español en McGavock High School. Ha vivido en Bolivia y Chile y obtuvo su M.Div en Vanderbilt Divinity School con énfasis en religión y justicia económica. Está casado con su novia de la secundaria, Hannah, y tiene dos hijos locos, un corgi, algunos conejillos de indias y gallinas.
